What was the highlight of Peach Hill Resort

Fine resort, not over the top, as expected for the price. Nice pools, 10 min walk to the beach.

It's good value for money, the room was as expected, not the most luxurious room for a 4 star but good enough. Beds are good as well. When we needed an extra bed because of a sick family member, we got it without extra charge which was much appreciated. Breakfast is fine too, not great quality of the pastries and bread though. Everything was okay, but not over the top, but that's not what we paid for either. Very nice pools that give you that feeling of a beautiful resort in a very green environment.

The hotel overcharges for a transfer to the airport which we organised ourselves for half of the price. Our room was far from the reception, lots and lots of stairs and the hotel is already on a very steep hill, which is quite a cardio workout ;-) Would have appreciated a little welcome drink, checkin was somewhat impersonal. Bathroom was a bit odd with that super low sink.

Front of house staff are exceptional, in particular Vishnu who accommodated my requests for a specific room and was following up on it. Overall great facilities, minor wear and tear that's normal for Phuket resorts, next to beach. The hill is good exercise and resort quiet without a bad crowd of guests/good for families. Modern room upgraded was a nice one

Whilst the staff did a good job, some are very loud in the morning at 9am, when they start room changeover and the corridors echo. Moreso the pool bar starts music at 10am. This isn't really a big issue but it's noticeable. 3000 baht deposit is also a bit much and unhelpful for tourists just arrived.

Very Good

room was nice. we got an upgrade infront of the pool view and loved it. the overall comfort was nice. it did look like the hotel has been upgraded so that was good.

Breakfast was expensive and very limited. most of the things we just couldnt eat and apparently there were no cheese options in the breakfast at all.

Holiday Peach hill resort

Staff was very friendly and rooms was clean.

Pool that was not open evenings. No elevator to 4th floor. Change of food/fruits will be appreciated we were there for 16days. Not everything that were ons on the booking photos were available at the hotel.

Great hotel with excellent location

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was quite spacious and food was also good. Nice amenities especially the pools and pool bar. Excellent location, walking distance to number of eateries and night markets. Excellent and helpful staff. Special thanks to Mayank for greeting with smile always and making the stay feel like home.. Will surely come back.

Wonderful

Close to beach, shops and restaurants.

It's on top of a steep hill. Shuttle to run you to the beach and back. Loud people drinking all night. it would be nice if security could monitor it more.

What was the highlight of Peach Hill Resort

We stayed 8 nights and were very satisfied. The price is worth investing.

The hotel group (with Peach Blossom) has 3-4 pools, it’s 150m walk from the beach, the breakfasts offer 3*-4* satysfying breakfasts also with a selection of Thai food. Very caring staff. Around the hotel there are many restaurants on the main street, many stands with fresh fruits, massages and shops. We had Deluxe room with the balcony, Pool view.

Everything was perfect. Just note, that the hotel is on top of the hill - real workout 3 times a day. The hotel has many steps inside the building. The lift is there too.

Breakfast, accommodation, balcony with view. Friendly staff. Near beach and town.

The Hill and the stairs we were on the 4th floor. The swimming pool that we can't use in the evening that was not mentioned when we booked. The breakfast was bit boring we stayed for 16days and there was not much change every morning almost the same.

A comfy mid-range hotel, not far from the beach & shops.

•Beds really comfy. •Air-con is cold. •The gardens are beautiful & lush. •Can use all 3 Peach Group pools which are all great. •Has a shuttle to & from the beach. •The food & service at the restaurant is good.

•The rooms smelt damp on arrival but quick spray by staff, room aired & was fine for remainder of stay. •I asked ahead of time for the beds to be made up as 2 singles. When I arrived at 5:30pm it was still made up as a king & with only 2 pillows. I asked for it to be rectified & had to ask 3 times for the 2 extra pillows. They finally arrived at 10:30pm. •Shower water pressure is very average. •Strangely, the used towels & bed linen piled up on the floor inside the entrance of our building… for days. They were only removed the day before we checked out. So bizarre. What guest wants to look at everyone’s dirty room laundry as they come & go. Surely there is a proper storage room! •The decking around the pool & the timber sun-lounges needs either replacing or maintenance. Very tired looking. •Walking up the hill is tough, especially if you’re movement impaired.

Good ambience, management was okay but didn’t meet food service expectation.

Loved the eco friendly concept.

The food service didn’t meet expectations at all. Foods looked soggy, had flies around, salt & paper not working, most foods were cold. We di understand the weather can impact but there should be other alternatives to make foods look fresh, clean, hygienic and eduble. The watermelon I ate was smelling due to hot weather

The pool areas were nice. The staff were helpful, polite and spoke good english. Free shuttle to the beach is a plus. The fact that the hotel were concious about food waste and eco friendliness is a plus. Good gym and equipment. The AC in the room was powerful. Having a balcony with a good view was a plus.

It’s in the name Peach HILL. I know we booked it and were aware of the location but ascending up the hill killed us in the heat. Even the taxis wanted to charge more because of the steep hill up :P The wifi was not very good most of the times. Breakfast is standard but could be improved.

Great Value for Money with a Few Challenges

We recently stayed at this hotel, attracted by the great prices they offered, and overall, it was a good experience. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and spoke very good English, which made our check-in process smooth and welcoming. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, with a couple of large pools that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also appreciated the lush green surroundings, which added a peaceful, natural ambiance to our stay. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were comfortable, providing us with a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring.

One of the major highlights of this hotel is its proximity to a wonderful beach, which is only about a 5-minute walk away. However, getting to the hotel itself is a bit of a challenge due to the steep hill leading up to it. It definitely takes a bit longer and can feel like a full workout, especially if you’re carrying luggage. In summary, this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering its friendly staff, clean facilities, and close proximity to the beach. Just be prepared for a bit of a climb if you decide to stay here!

Good location, great staff, average facilities, old hotel

Good location near the beach and nightlife, yet quiet (excluding the first room we were out in…). Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Happy hour beers were very cheap.

This is actually 3 separate hotels now linked together, which is not clear when booking. We initially were place in one which resembled a 1970s hospital with an aircon unit resembling a helicopter taking off, nowhere near to our friends we were travelling with. After raising to the staff they did everything possible to help (sure they much get a lot of feedback about that building…) and moved us to a pool access room for a minor upgrade fee.

friendly staff, great location and plenty of pools to choose from!

The rooms were a bit tired looking and parts of the property need a bit of TLC. The spa seemed to be permanently closed.
